This Data Privacy Declaration applies to data processing carried out by UNIQFOOD GmbH (the “controller”, “we” or “us”).
It provides you with information on the type, scope, and purposes for which so-called personal data associated with the
use of our website www.uniqfood.de (the “website”) is collected, processed, and used. Personal data is information that
can be associated either directly or indirectly with you, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and user
behaviour.

well as categories of recipients
When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically transmits information to the server for our
website and saves this information temporarily in so-called log files. We have no influence over this process. The
following information is collected even without any action on your part, and stored until it is deleted automatically:
- The IP address of the requesting internet-capable device,
- The date and time of access,
- The name and URL of the accessed file,
- The website from which access occurs (referrer URL),
- The browser you use, and if applicable the operating system of your internet-capable computer, and the name of the access provider.
The legal basis for processing the IP address is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) of the General Data Protection Regulation ( “GDPR”). The collected data cannot be used to determine your identity, and we take no measures to do so. Our legitimate interest in data collection includes the following purposes:
- Ensuring the connection is formed properly,

for which data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR. We are only obligated to implement
such a general right to object if you present reasons to us to do so that outweigh other concerns (such as a potential
risk to life and health).

We carry out state-of-the-art technical and organisational measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect
your personal data against dangers associated with data transmission and to protect it against disclosure to third
parties. These are adjusted accordingly based on the state of the art.
